This is reached by an easy, carpeted stair case. Patio doors leading out to the front garden – a wonderful option for an early morning walk to the water’s edge. Two x 2′ 6″ single beds with the option of turning into a king size double. Two x 3′ single beds with storage space and view across the front garden. Open fireplace with a plentiful supply of free coal and logs. Large well lit and comfy space with French doors opening out onto the front garden, squidgy sofas and solid oak furniture. Large fitted cupboard, chest of drawers and dressing table. Very comfortable divan superking double bed (which can also be split into twin full size singles). Large and airy room with bay window looking over front garden to Hickling Broad beyond. Modern fittings, bright and roomy, with bath aids if needed. Bath and separate walk in shower, toilet. ![]() ![]() This is just across the hall from the bedroom. There is a solid wooden gate as well as access to the garden so an ideal space for letting muddy dogs dry off. From here you go into the hallway off which are the stairs and… A little old fashioned but perfectly functional. Well equipped with a small table and chairs, large fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Side boards and well filled book case in this room plus high chairs if needed. So very dog friendly.Plenty of space for 8 guests and their dogs. Full of a comfy mix of old and new furnishings, the rooms are all filled with light.
